FACTS ABOUT ALCOHOL USE
National Highway Traffic Safety Administration notes how alcohol related car crashes statistically in occurrence during April - June, the months of proms and graduations.
For example: In 2001 more than 1/3 of youth under age 21 in alcohol related crashes died during the months of April through June.
Everyday, 5400 youth under 16 take their first drink of alcohol - 2004 SAMHSA
